Stefano Sumanto

Stefano Sumanto currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition Europe at Owens Corning, a position held since January 2023. Previously, Stefano worked at The Kraft Heinz Company as Senior Manager Global Talent Attraction from December 2017 to January 2023, overseeing talent strategies for one of the largest food and beverage companies globally. Prior roles include Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Chief Recordings and Project Lead & Senior Recruitment Consultant at Unilever, where expertise was applied in full-cycle recruitment across various fields. Additionally, experience was gained as a Consultant in Sales & Supply Chain at Page Personnel and as a Sales Representative at Hamilton Bright. Stefano's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Corporate Communication and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Amsterdam, along with a Pre-university degree from Comenius College.
