Thomas Huth

Thomas Huth, PHR, MBA, currently serves as the Talent Management Leader at Owens Corning since July 2011, overseeing a team of 15 HR professionals and managing HR for 1,100 employees across nine manufacturing sites in the United States. Huth has held various HR positions within Owens Corning, including Senior Human Resources Manager, HR Manager for Building Materials Sales and Marketing, HR Lead for Innovation and Sustainability, and roles within the HR Development Program as both a Generalist and Compensation Specialist. Prior experience includes internships at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and Charter Steel. Huth earned an MBA from Ohio University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Resource Management from The University of Akron.
