Hilary Barboza

Hilary Barboza is an experienced professional in talent management, currently serving as the Global Talent Management Leader at RTX since November 2024, where responsibilities include the development and execution of talent practices for a global workforce. Prior to this role, Hilary was the Director of Talent Management at L3Harris Technologies, overseeing enterprise-wide strategies for engagement, diversity, equity, inclusion, and retention from July 2018 to November 2024. Additional experience encompasses positions at ExxonMobil, where Hilary functioned as a Compensation Design Advisor and Talent Management Advisor, and roles in human resources at PCNA. Hilary began a career in marketing with The Walt Disney Company, supporting internship programs and promotions. Hilary holds an M.B.A. in Human Capital from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business, along with a certificate in Tourism and Hospitality Business Management.
