Adam Hafer

Adam Hafer has extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles at O-I since January 1999, currently serving as the Director for Global Engineering Infrastructure Process Area and Country Group Engineering Leader. Skilled in managing complex projects, Adam led a $254 million global portfolio and a team of 32 across five countries. Previous roles included enhancing employee satisfaction in the Innovation Center and substantially reducing operational costs through process improvements as a Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Manager. Additionally, Adam has contributed to corporate strategy and process improvement as a Chief Strategist and Master Black Belt Leader in Six Sigma, fostering organizational change and improving project management capabilities. Earlier experience includes designing bulk material handling systems and serving as a Production Supervisor intern at Ford Motor Company. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
