Matthieu Duvin

Matthieu Duvin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in continuous improvement and maintenance management, currently serving as the Total System Cost Manager and Continuous Improvement Responsible at O-I since November 2015. Duvin actively participates in the plant's management committee and various steering committees focused on safety, quality, and cost management. Prior roles include leading the maintenance department for cold sectors at O-I, where responsibilities encompassed strategic decision-making, team management, and process improvements. Earlier in the career, Duvin held the position of Maintenance Contract Manager at ALSTEF Automation S.A., overseeing a team of technicians and implementing preventive maintenance strategies. Duvin holds an engineering degree in production maintenance and a BTS in industrial maintenance from ITII Bordeaux and CFAI Bordeaux Bruges, respectively, and is currently pursuing a Green Belt certification from Orsys.
