Susan G. Bradley

Susan G. Bradley is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in labor relations and organizational development. Currently serving as the Regional People & Culture Operations Lead at O-I since March 2022, Susan oversees HR operations for eight unionized plants in North America. Prior to this role, Susan worked as a Sr. Human Resource Manager at Wolverine Advanced Materials, guiding multiple manufacturing facilities in Virginia and Florida on various HR initiatives. Susan's expertise also includes a tenure at Celanese as a Training & Compliance Leader, overseeing compliance and training for a large chemical manufacturing site, and as an Organizational Development Specialist at Evonik, managing talent development across multiple plant sites.
