David Simon

David Simon is an accomplished property and facilities manager with extensive experience in facility management and development. Currently serving as a Property Manager at Owens Realty Services since July 2014, David oversees pre-occupancy management for a large multi-use industrial complex. Prior to this role, David held the position of Facility Manager for HVAC-Energy at CREC, managing mechanical systems across 35 schools and associated buildings. David's career also includes significant development roles at Yale Law School and Ducks Unlimited, focusing on fundraising and community engagement. David's educational background includes a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Quinnipiac University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. David's early experience includes service in the US Navy as part of combat construction teams.
