Evgeny Golubkov

Evgeny Golubkov has an extensive background in the finance industry, with experience in various roles at different banking institutions. Currently, Evgeny holds the position of Head of Treasury and Head of Financial Institutions - Executive Director at VTB Bank (Europe) SE. Prior to their current role, Evgeny worked at VTB Bank (Austria) AG and VTB Bank (Deutschland) AG in similar positions. With a strong foundation in trading and treasury, Evgeny has also held roles at Ost-West Handelsbank AG and Inkombank in both Cyprus and Russia. Evgeny has a diverse educational background, having studied at Tver State University, The London School of Economics and Political Science, and the London Business School.
