Khalil Ouardini

Khalil Ouardini is a data scientist currently employed at Owkin since February 2022, specializing in data analysis and machine learning applications. Prior to this role, Khalil served as a visiting research scholar at the University of California, Berkeley, focusing on deep generative models and single-cell RNA sequencing data analysis from June 2020 to June 2021. Khalil also gained experience at Hyperlex Software as a data scientist, working on natural language processing and handwriting recognition from April to August 2019. Additionally, Khalil completed a research internship at A*STAR, where notable contributions included work on transfer learning and computer vision, culminating in a first-author publication accepted to the MICCAI workshop track.
