Andrew Kou

Andrew Kou has a wealth of experience in the software development industry. Andrew began their career in 2007 as a Senior Software Developer for Taxcient Inc. Andrew then moved on to Avalara in 2010, where they held the role of Senior Software Developer. In 2011, they joined Cars.com and held the roles of Software Developer, Senior Software Developer, and Lead Software Developer. In 2014, they moved to Nativo Inc. as Lead Software Developer. In 2016, they were Lead Software Developer at Giantsource Inc. and Director of Engineering at RealtyMogul. In 2019, they became Director of Engineering at Lument. In 2021, they joined OWL Analytics as VP of Engineering, and currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at OWL ESG, Inc.
