Kylie Foster has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Victim's Advocate for Fight Crime: Invest in Kids, where they played a key role in raising awareness about anti-bullying campaigns and helped construct legislation on the matter. In 2012, they transitioned to Women and Infants Hospital as a Clinical Social Worker, providing essential services and support to patients. The following year, they joined SSTAR at North Kingstown as a Per Diem Detox & Substance Abuse Counselor, where they offered crisis stabilization and substance abuse counseling. In 2013, they became a Medical Services Coordinator and Opioid Treatment Program Counselor at CODAC Behavioral Healthcare, where they coordinated care for patients and reduced barriers to medical services. Foster then worked at Southeastern New Hampshire Services as a Strafford County Department of Corrections Counselor, providing counseling and education to individuals in the rehabilitative treatment process. In 2015, they joined Apria Healthcare as a Territory Sales Manager, exceeding sales targets and establishing strong relationships with referral sources. From 2016 to 2018, they were employed at Direct Capital as a Business Development Representative, Program Manager, Capital Coordinator, and Client Services Manager, primarily focusing on commercial equipment and capital financing needs. Most recently, since 2018, Foster has been working at Owl Labs, where they have held various roles, including Sales & Support Specialist, Account Manager, Head of Channel Sales, Regional Sales Director, and currently serves as the Director of Global Distribution & Channel Programs.

Kylie Foster attended Salve Regina University from 2009 to 2013, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Social Work with a focus on Biology/ Biomedical Sciences. In May 2011, they obtained certification as an Emergency Medical Technician from the National Registry.
