Prasanna Crasta

Prasanna Crasta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Prasanna is currently working at Owl Labs as a Senior Principal Software Engineer since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Bayer Crop Science as a Senior Software Engineer from 2018 to 2022. At Bayer, they were involved in developing an IoT platform and was responsible for the web application for this platform. Prasanna heavily relied on open source frameworks and tools like GraphQL, React, NodeJS, and Material design.

Before joining Bayer, Prasanna worked at Monsanto Company as a Software Engineer from 2009 to 2018. Prasanna also had a consulting role at Wisdom Infotech from 2006 to 2011, and earlier in their career, they worked as an Assistant Engineer at Tata Consulting Engineers from 1997 to 2000.

Prasanna Crasta obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Mumbai, completing their studies from 1993 to 1997. In addition, they hold several certifications including the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, AWS Certified Developer - Associate, Oracle Certified Master - Java EE 5 Enterprise Architect, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
