Alex Thomas, CFA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment analysis and credit coverage. Currently serving as Vice President at Owl Rock Capital since July 2019, Alex previously held the position of Senior Associate at Guggenheim Partners, specializing in Building Products and Paper & Packaging sectors across various lending platforms. Early career experiences include an internship at TD Bank focusing on Basel regulations and student assistant roles involving research and database management at Bowdoin College. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from Bowdoin College and has also studied at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad. Previous entrepreneurial efforts include operating a successful lawn care business.
