Hailey Carter Seder

Hailey Carter Seder has a diverse work experience. Hailey currently works at Owl Ventures as a Vice President, starting in July 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Associate at Owl Ventures from September 2022 to July 2023. Hailey also founded and served as the President of EdTech MBA Community since October 2021. Hailey gained experience with Owl Ventures as an MBA Summer Intern from June 2021 to September 2021 and as an Owl Fellow from February 2021 to August 2021. Before their time at Owl Ventures, Hailey worked as an Associate Kindergarten Teacher at Katherine Delmar Burke School from August 2018 to August 2020. Hailey also interned at UpMetrics as a Strategy and Data Analytics Intern from June 2019 to August 2019. Prior to that, Hailey worked as an Associate at Parthenon-EY from September 2017 to August 2018. Hailey gained internship experience at Thumbtack as a Category Management Intern from June 2016 to August 2016, and as a Content Marketing Intern from January 2016 to March 2016. Hailey's earliest work experience was as an Intern at Common Sense Media from June 2014 to August 2014, where they were involved in developing program materials and selecting female honorees for the Media Awards.

Hailey Carter Seder has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Hailey also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Cognitive Science from Dartmouth College, with a minor in Education. Hailey completed their high school education at St. Ignatius College Preparatory, earning a High School Diploma.
