Adi Alter

Adi Alter's work experience includes holding the position of Senior Director of Product Management at Own Company since 2022, where they are responsible for managing five product teams and the company's product portfolio. Prior to this, Alter worked as the Director of Product Management at Verbit.ai from 2021 to 2022, overseeing customer experience products and solutions for the education vertical. From 2014 to 2021, Alter served in various roles at Ex Libris, including Director of Product Management for Research Solutions and Digital Solutions. They were responsible for developing and managing products, leading teams, and executing the go-to-market strategy. Before that, Alter worked at Cisco Systems as a Product Manager from 2009 to 2014, focusing on Videoscape Soft Clients and handling product requirements and strategy. Alter also had experience at Optibase as a Professional Services Manager and a Software Development Group Leader, as well as at NDS Limited as a Software Engineer. They began their career as a Web Developer at The Dinur Center for Jewish History.

Adi Alter holds an M.A. in Jewish History from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, obtained from 2013 to 2015. They also have an MBA in Marketing from Reichman University, earned from 2009 to 2011. Furthermore, Adi obtained a B.Sc. in Computer Science and a B.A. in Humanities from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, completed from 1997 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Adi holds certifications in "Creating a Product-Centric Organization" from LinkedIn and "AI For Everyone" from Coursera.
