Aimee Leabon

Aimee Leabon has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Aimee started their own company in 2023, serving as the Vice President of Communications. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Global Communications at Shutterstock from 2020 to 2022, where they were responsible for developing and executing global communications strategies. From 2018 to 2020, Aimee held the position of Director of Global Corporate Communications at Tapestry, where they developed and implemented communications strategies for luxury lifestyle brands. Before that, they worked as the Communications Director at HYPR Brands, leading influencer marketing platform, where they created narratives and managed press relationships. Aimee began their career in media, working as the Beauty and Wellness Editor at Marie Claire and the Beauty Editor at Prevention Magazine. Aimee also served as a Photo Editor/Features Writer at Cosmopolitan Magazine and an Advertising Coordinator at The Australian Women's Weekly.

Aimee Leabon completed their Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Southern Cross University in 2005. After that, they went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Macquarie University, which they completed in 2013. More recently, from 2018 to 2020, Aimee attended Columbia University, where they earned their M.S. in Journalism.
