Avi Shapira

Avi Shapira has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Avi currently owns their own company and serves as the Director of Engineering. Prior to that, they worked as an Engineering Manager at their own company. Before starting their own company, Avi worked at StarkWare as a Senior Software Engineer. Avi also had a long tenure at Microsoft, where they served as a Senior Software Engineering Manager, leading teams and working on projects related to Azure Cost Management and Azure Security Center. Earlier in their career, Avi held positions at ECI Telecom, PacketLight Networks, and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, where they worked on software development and management systems.

Avi Shapira obtained a B.Sc in Computer Science and Physics from Bar-Ilan University from 1992 to 1995. Avi later pursued an MBA in Finance at the same university from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, Avi Shapira received an Incident Responder Certification from PagerDuty in December 2023.
