Michael Kwok

Michael Kwok has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Michael currently runs their own company as the Director of Product Management for Product Development. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Principal Product Manager at Microsoft, where they directed innovative approaches for new products and drove the adoption of generative AI, digital solutions, and natural language processing. Before Microsoft, they worked at Pegasystems as the Director of Operations for Product Marketing, where they managed the development of a new organization focused on delivering growth objectives. Michael also served as a Senior Offering Manager at IBM, where they developed and drove the market for a nascent SaaS delivery offering and directed a startup task force for the Watson IoT group. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at VFA, starting as a Project Manager and eventually becoming the Vice President of Professional Services. During their time at VFA, they played a key role in growing the startup from inception to over 250 staff and establishing new offices in the US, Canada, and the UK.

Michael Kwok has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organization Leadership from the Schulich School of Business - York University. Michael also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, including Confluence Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian, Jira Fundamentals Badge from Microsoft, PMC Level I from Pragmatic Institute, IoT - Maximo Workforce Management from IBM, Maximo 7.6 Workplace Safety from IBM, Maximo 7.6 compete from IBM, and Professional Engineers of Ontario from Ontario Society of Professional Engineers.
