Shane Long

Shane Long has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their own company where they held various leadership positions in the field of People Operations and Total Rewards. Prior to that, they worked at Bluecore as an HRBP Manager and People Operations Generalist. Shane also gained experience at KIND as a Sr. Specialist in HR Operations & Rewards and an HR Technology Specialist. Additionally, they worked at Solomon Page Group as a Staffing Manager and at Quidsi Inc. as a Human Resources Associate, where they were responsible for paperwork processing and managing the new hire process. Shane began their career as a Research Assistant at Montclair State University Psychology Department, where they conducted studies and collected data for analysis.

Shane Long obtained a B.A. degree in Psychology, specializing in I/O Psychology and Business, from Montclair State University between 2007 and 2011.
