Shira Jason - Cohen

Shira Jason-Cohen is currently the Team Lead and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Own Company since October 2023. Prior to this, Shira held various roles at OwnBackup from May 2018 to October 2023, starting as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and working their way up to Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. Before OwnBackup, Shira was a Salesforce Recruitment Consultant at Mason Frank International and a Real Estate Agent at Citi Habitats. Shira also has experience as a Brand Ambassador at Golani Demos and as a Sales and Design Intern at Martin Albert Interiors. Shira holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Charter Oak State College.
