Jerry Hu

Jerry Hu is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition, International at OWNDAYS CO LTD, which operates under Lenskart, Asia's largest tech-enabled eyewear company. With extensive experience in talent acquisition, Jerry previously held positions such as Sr. Talent Acquisition Lead for Asia Pacific, Japan & China at Amazon Web Services, and Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Doctor Anywhere. Jerry also served as Group Associate Director of Talent Intelligence & Analytics at Singtel, where a Talent Intelligence function was developed, resulting in significant cost savings. Earlier in the career, Jerry worked with Alibaba Group as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Head of Talent Intelligence, contributing to the founding team post-IPO. Educationally, Jerry holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from New York University and multiple bachelor's degrees in International Communications and Communication and Media Studies.
