Jessica Golden

Jessica Golden has extensive experience in governance and organizational strategy, currently serving as an Advisory Council Member at The Glass House and a Member of the Board of Directors for both PollyLabs and New York Theatre Ballet. Since December 2018, Jessica has been part of the National Trust Council, contributing to the preservation of cultural heritage. Past roles include Senior Advisor at Ownership Works, where guidance was provided to private equity firms on governance practices, and Senior Director and Partner at Bain & Company and Deloitte, respectively, focusing on operational transformations and risk management. Jessica began a career at Accenture in the Business Strategy & Process Group, where foundational skills in operating models were developed. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cognitive Science and International Relations from UCLA.
