Ajay Perke

Ajay Perke is currently a Partner at ownpath, where Ajay has also held roles as Senior Program Manager and Program Manager. Previously, Ajay was the Communication Training Head at AstroTribe, a Guide Training Workshop for Tribal Students. Ajay also co-founded Trainopaedia (OPC) Pvt Ltd Pune with a mission to help Educational Institutes, Organizations, and Individuals thrive through training. Ajay's experience at Amazon includes roles as a Team Manager and Training Specialist, where Ajay trained over 1000 employees in communication skills and facilitated the orientation process for over 2000 new hires. Ajay holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Osmania University.
