Sarah Overman is a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Ox Engineered Products since May 2019, previously serving as a Senior Research Engineer at Johns Manville from July 2010 to May 2018, where product and process innovations significantly enhanced sales and market competitiveness. Overman led a successful CFD modeling study, revamping an underperforming process to boost glass making capacity by 5% without additional capital investment. As a Senior Project Engineer, managed a $10M packaging equipment redesign project, ensuring zero safety incidents and adherence to budget and schedule across multiple facilities. Prior experience includes a role as a Process Engineer at Toyota, where design and simulations were developed for future vehicle models. Sarah Overman holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University, earned in 2006.
