Nathaniel Hara

Nathaniel Hara is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Ox Hill Companies since June 2024. Previously, Nathaniel held the position of Human Resources Associate at Paul Public Charter School, where high-quality HR service delivery was emphasized. Nathaniel's background also includes significant roles at Asian American LEAD, starting as a DC Summer Program Specialist and advancing to DC High School Program Coordinator, where focus was placed on supporting low-income, Asian Pacific American youth. Additionally, Nathaniel has diverse experiences in educational settings as a Drumline Instructor and Percussion Instructor, as well as customer service experience as a Barista at Jireh Bakery Cafe. Nathaniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of Virginia, obtained in 2019.
