Marco A. Vargas

Marco A. Vargas is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in training, recruitment, and project management. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Ox Industries since December 2022, Marco previously held the same role at WestRock Company from November 2016 to November 2022. Prior to that, Marco was the Training Special Projects Manager at Eby-Brown Company, LLC, where responsibilities included developing a management training program and an onboarding initiative. Earlier experience includes roles as Clinical Research Coordinator/Supervisor and Recruitment Supervisor at the University of Illinois at Chicago, as well as extensive work as an Independent Medical & Legal Interpreter and an Independent Human Resources Training Consultant. Marco holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Regiomontana S.C.
