Christian Dallaire

Christian Dallaire has a extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles.

Christian'smost recent position was as the Lead of People and Culture at RCGT Consulting, where they created and executed a people strategy while also advising the CEO and building strong relationships across departments.

Prior to this, Christian served as the Vice President, People, Culture & Operations at Kivuto Solutions, where they designed a scalable HR architecture and infrastructure and developed programs and policies to improve the employee experience.

Before joining Kivuto Solutions, Christian held various leadership positions at Export Development Canada, including VP HR Client Services, Regional Vice President of Sales, and Human Resources Director, where they managed teams and executed HR strategies aligned with the corporation's goals.

Christian also gained experience at Nortel, CDI, Nonlinear Creations Inc., and Bell in HR-related roles.

Christian also holds a BA in Arts in Political Science from Carleton University (1992-1996). Prior to their higher education, Christian attended St Matthew High School.
