Muhammad Fraz

Muhammad Fraz is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in perception software development for autonomous vehicles, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Oxa Autonomy Ltd. since March 2024. Previously, Muhammad held roles at Dyson as an Associate Principal Robotics Research Engineer, where responsibilities included managing cross-functional teams in robot perception projects, and as a Lead and Senior Robotics Research Engineer at Oxehealth, focusing on computer vision for health monitoring. Muhammad's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Computer Vision from Loughborough University, complemented by a Nanodegree in Deep Learning from Udacity, an MSc in Embedded Digital Systems from the University of Sussex, and a BSc in Computer Engineering from COMSATS Institute of Information Technology. Teaching experience includes roles as a Teaching Assistant at Loughborough University and a Lecturer in Electrical Engineering at COMSATS Institute of Information Technology.
