Amita Rastogi

Amita Rastogi, MD, MHA, FACHE, currently serves as Chief Medical Officer at Oxbridge Health and Althea.ai, focusing on innovative health plan benefits design based on Episode of Care and health equity, respectively. With extensive experience in health care management, Amita co-founded CareGem Health, which provides a chronic disease management solution compliant with HIPAA. Prior roles include VP of Medical Director at Signify Health, Chief Medical Officer at Altarum and Health Care Incentives Improvement Institute, and Senior Director at Ingenix, where Amita contributed to the development of bundled payments and value-based care initiatives. Amita's educational background includes an advanced fellowship in heart and lung transplantation from the Mayo Clinic and a master's degree in Health Administration from the University of Kentucky.
