Carl McNeice has over 25 years of experience in banking and finance. Carl began their career in 1994 at HSBC, where they held various managerial positions. In 2008, they were the head of a top-performing commercial banking team in Hong Kong. Carl then moved to the UK in 2020 to become the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Banking at Oxbury Bank Plc, a specialist agricultural bank. In this role, they were responsible for creating a global Sales Enablement programme, developing a four-part proposition, creating and owning oversight and governance structures, and managing data analytics, regulatory engagement/reporting, risk controls and financial crime.
Carl McNeice obtained their BSc in Applied Zoology from Bangor University between 1988 and 1991. Carl then went on to pursue a PhD in Parasite Immunology at Bangor University, which they completed in 1994.
