Erin Berardi

Erin Berardi serves as the Executive Director of Manufacturing and Plant Manager at Oxco, Inc. since January 2023. Previously, Erin held various leadership roles at Diversey from January 2018 to January 2023, including Executive Director of Global Operations and Strategy, where significant supply chain transformations were implemented. At Domtar, from November 2014 to January 2018, Erin focused on talent development and retention through analytical assessments and strategic talent acquisition initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles at Patheon, where Erin led global operational excellence projects, and earlier positions at Pfizer and the US Army, emphasizing manufacturing optimization and quality management. Erin holds an MBA from Washington State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
