Grayson Thompson

Being raised in the household of a physician, Grayson has always been driven to “make people healthier.” In particular, he has been interested in the social determinants that influence healthcare outcomes. Grayson has recently been inspired by the push towards value-based care and hopes to work with companies that prioritize population health over fee-for-service incentive structures.

Grayson grew up in Greensboro, North Carolina and received a Bachelor of Arts in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Vanderbilt University. He also received a Master of Arts in Medicine, Health, and Society from Vanderbilt University focusing on firearm legislation in the state of Tennessee. While in school, Grayson performed with The Original Cast, a musical revue troupe, and volunteered with Alternative Spring Break.
