Samantha Langston

Samantha Langston currently serves as the Head of People at Oxeon since May 2025 and is an Executive Member at Chief since January 2024. Previously, Samantha held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at ARB Midstream from January 2018 to September 2024, where contributions included establishing and scaling HR functions and enhancing employee engagement in collaboration with the executive team. As Director of Human Resources at Sage Hospitality from January 2016 to January 2018, Samantha successfully rebuilt the HR department and executed a performance turnaround at the JW Marriott Denver Cherry Creek. Earlier in the career, Samantha was the Head of Human Resources at American Midstream, focusing on improving HR processes amid organizational growth from January 2013 to January 2016. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business.
