Julio Espinoza

Julio Espinoza is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, monitoring, evaluation, and learning within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as Senior Advisor for Strategy and Impact at Oxfam America since April 2015, Julio oversees strategic initiatives and impact systems within the Office of the Vice President of Global Partnerships and Impact. Prior to this role, Julio held positions such as Senior Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Advisor for the Gender Justice and Inclusion Hub and Global Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Advisor in the Community Finance Department at Oxfam. Julio's career began at The Humboldt Center in Nicaragua, where responsibilities included fundraising and program management. Julio holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Universidad Centroamericana, Managua.
