Clare Lissaman

Clare Lissaman is an experienced leader in ethical and sustainable business practices, currently serving as the Head of Oxfam Advisory Services since March 2021. In addition to this role, Clare is the Director and Co-founder of Arthur & Henry, which specializes in organic and Fairtrade cotton shirts and accessories for men. Clare has held various significant positions, including Non-Executive Director and Director of Resources & Impact at Common Objective, and Director at CL Consulting, focusing on ethical and fair trade consulting across diverse sectors. With a background that includes roles at Fairtrade International and Ethical Fashion Forum & Consultancy, Clare has a strong foundation in ethical trading and product management. Clare holds a Master’s degree in Oriental Studies from the University of Oxford.
