Oskar A Haq is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and business development, particularly within the inclusive green economy and private sector development sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Program and Consortium Manager for Oxfam, Oskar leads multiple projects aimed at providing sustainable solutions to climate change in Cambodia. Oskar's expertise extends to venture building for poverty reduction, focusing on women's economic empowerment and access to finance and markets for agricultural value chains. In addition to a global advisory role and serving on various boards, Oskar's career includes prominent positions in financial services, particularly in asset management. Oskar holds a Master of Arts in International Development Studies from SOAS University of London and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from Minnesota State University.
