Penny Walker

Penny Walker currently serves as a member of the Community Scrutiny Panel and the Ethics and Integrity Panel for the Cumbria Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner since February 2024. With extensive experience at Oxfam since 2002, Penny has held several managerial roles, including eCommerce Operations Manager, Operations Manager, and Area Manager, driving strategic planning and operational delivery across a large retail network. Penny's leadership extends to coaching and supporting teams through periods of change, as well as contributing to Oxfam's Global Diversity strategy. Earlier experience includes management roles in the hospitality industry, demonstrating long-standing expertise in leadership, operations management, and community engagement.
