Rogers Otuta is an experienced program manager with a strong background in food security and livelihoods. Since August 2021, Rogers has been serving as the Program Manager for SIDA at Oxfam. Prior to this role, Rogers worked with the Danish Refugee Council from October 2019 to August 2021, providing technical advisory guidance to food security and livelihoods programs in Sudan. Rogers also held senior positions at Concern Worldwide and Caritas, including Senior Program Manager for Livelihoods and Food Security in RoSS and Head of Programs at Caritas, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on strategic planning from Edinburgh Business School, along with various other degrees and certificates related to agriculture, project planning, and environmental assessments from notable institutions such as Makerere University and the University of Gothenburg.
