Sharon Bedaysee

Sharon Bedaysee is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the non-profit sector. Currently serving as Head of Divisional Finance at Oxfam since September 2021, Sharon previously held significant roles at Save the Children UK, including Finance Business Partner for Asia and Finance Manager for the GSK Partnership, where responsibilities included maximizing financial performance and driving financial controls. Sharon also contributed to humanitarian efforts as a Humanitarian Finance and Grants Projects Advisor, ensuring high standards of financial management in emergency programs. Earlier career roles include Management Accountant positions at Save the Children and The Learning Trust. Sharon holds degrees from the London School of Accounting and Management and St. Roses High School in Georgetown, Guyana.
