Tillie Peacock

Tillie Peacock has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and roles. Tillie started their career as an intern at Oxfam in 2008 and later interned at the United Nations in 2009. In the same year, Tillie worked as a Digital Publishing Team Assistant at Macmillan Education.

In 2009, they also served as a Reporting Officer at ACTED. In 2011, Tillie worked as a Research Consultant at CIVIC Worldwide.

Tillie joined Eaves in 2012 as a Volunteer, working with the Poppy Project and Lilith R&D. Tillie also interned as a Humanitarian Principles in Somalia Intern at the British Red Cross in the same year.

Tillie had a long-term association with Oxfam, where they held various positions starting from Research Officer (Philanthropy & Partnerships) in 2012 to their current role as Head of Partner Insight & Engagement (Funding & Strategic Partnerships) since October 2019.

Tillie Peacock earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and English from the University of Nottingham in 2007. Tillie then pursued a Master's degree in Women's Studies at the University of Oxford from 2007 to 2008.
