Zsuzsanna Ujhelyi

Zsuzsanna Ujhelyi has a strong background in organizational development, learning and development, and training coordination. Zsuzsanna currently serves as the Senior Learning and Development Business Partner (Head of L&D) at Oxfam, where they lead a team responsible for delivering impactful learning solutions and promoting equality and inclusion within the organization. Prior to their role at Oxfam, Zsuzsanna worked as the Organizational Development Manager at VSO and as the International Training Coordinator at Orange. Zsuzsanna also gained experience in training and assistant roles at Michelin and AIESEC, where they held various leadership positions and was recognized for their strategic planning and team management skills.

Zsuzsanna Ujhelyi obtained a Master's Degree in International Business from CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education from 2007 to 2011. Zsuzsanna also earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Corvinus University of Budapest between 2004 and 2010. In addition to their education, Zsuzsanna Ujhelyi has obtained multiple certifications as an ICF Member from the International Coaching Federation in 2021, 2022, and 2023.
