Kate Miller

Kate Miller currently holds the position of Head of US Human Resources at Oxford Biomedica (US) LLC since November 2023. Previously, Kate served as a Global Human Resources Business Partner at MilliporeSigma from January 2016 to November 2023, where responsibilities included partnering with various commercial organizations in the Biologics CDMO business. Prior to that, Kate was Head of HR Services Americas at EMD - Affiliates of Merck KGaA and held several HR leadership roles at EMD and Fidelity Investments, including Vice President positions overseeing HR operations and services. Kate's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations with a minor in Journalism from the State University of New York Cortland and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Bentley University.
