Theresa Wardell

Theresa Wardell has a strong background in regulatory science, CMC operations, and quality control within the biotech industry. At Oxford Biomedica, Theresa has held various high-level positions involving strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and CMC development for gene therapies. Prior to that, Theresa held roles at Newcastle University, where Theresa completed their BSc and PhD in Genetics, and worked as a Postdoctoral researcher. Throughout their career, Theresa has showcased expertise in CMC operations, QC testing, and regulatory compliance to support the development of advanced therapies.
