Dimitrios Asteriou

Dimitrios Asteriou has had a distinguished career in academia. Dimitrios started their professional journey as a Lecturer at The University of Reading in 2000, where they stayed until 2002. Dimitrios then joined City University London as a Senior Lecturer in Economics from 1997 to 2009. After this, they worked at Hellenic Open University, first as an Associate Professor of Quantitative Methods from 2009 to 2013, and then as a Professor of Quantitative Methods from 2013 to 2023. Currently, they are the Research Lead of Accounting, Finance, and Economics at Oxford Brookes University, a position they have held since 2019.

Dimitrios Asteriou earned a PhD in Economics from City, University of London, completing their studies from 1997 to 2000.
