Pauline Willis CPsychol CSci is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in psychology, coaching, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Editor and Curator of the People & Organisations Journal at the Association of Management Education and Development since September 2022, Pauline is also a founding director of The Coaching & Mentoring Network Ltd and a partner at 6 Team Conditions. Additional roles include instructor at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, WA State Chair for the College of Organisational Psychologists with the Australian Psychological Society, member of the Business Advisory Board at Oxford Brookes University, and former external advisor for coaching programs at the University of East London.
