Yvonne Colgan

Yvonne Colgan has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry, holding various management roles. Yvonne worked as the Head of Residences, Commercial & Operational Projects at Oxford Brookes University since 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Operations Director at KINGFISHER RESORTS LTD from 2016 to 2020, overseeing the development and management of luxury lodges and resorts. Yvonne was also a General Manager at Polurrian Bay Hotel, Luxury Family Hotels from 2013 to 2017, where they managed a boutique coastal property and its facilities. Additionally, they had maritime adventures as a sailor on the s/v Oosterschelde in 2012 and took on an interim General Manager role at InterContinental Hotels Group during the same year. Yvonne's earlier experiences include being a General Manager at The Bristol Hotel, Mercure Holland House Hotel & Spa Bristol, Stonemartin PLC, City Inn, and Celtic Manor Resort, where they played a part in the redevelopment and successful hosting of the Ryder Cup in 2010.

Yvonne Colgan obtained a BA (hons) degree in Business Studies from Westminster Kingsway College in 1997-1998. Prior to that, they completed a H.Dip in Hospitality & Business Studies at Cathal Brugha St from 1982 to 1984.
