Julie Pomeroy

Julie Pomeroy has over 30 years of experience in various roles. Julie began their career in 1987 as a Senior Tax Manager at Price Waterhouse Coopers. In 1992, they became the Director of Corporate Finance at East Midlands Electricity. From 1999 to 2002, they were the CFO of Weston Medical Group plc. Julie then held the position of Group Finance Director at Carter & Carter plc from 2002 to 2006. In 2006, they became Group Finance Director at Biofutures International plc. From 2007 to 2012, they were the NED, Audit Committee Chair at Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust and Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. In 2010, they became the Non Executive Director and Group Finance Director | Company Secretary at Dillistone Group Plc. Finally, in 2021, they became the Non Executive Chair | NED | Chair at Oxford Cannabinoid Technologies Holdings Plc.

Julie Pomeroy attended Plymouth High School for Girls from 1967 to 1974. Julie then went on to the University of Birmingham and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physics in 1977. Julie also holds two certifications, an ACA from the ICAEW and a Chartered Director from the IOD.
