Mike Van Patten

Mike Van Patten, RPA, FMA, serves as the Director of Commercial Property Management at Oxford Companies since November 2016, having progressed through various titles including Associate Director and Senior Commercial Portfolio Manager. In addition, Mike holds board member positions at State Street District and Main Street Area Business Improvement Zone. Previous experience includes a role as Senior Real Estate Manager at Finsilver Friedman Management, where Mike supervised a substantial portfolio and managed multiple properties. Educational qualifications involve a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and an Associate of Science from Schoolcraft College.
