Camilla Sexton

Camilla Sexton is the Sr. Manager of Learning and Development at Oxford Global Resources, a role held since February 2014, where significant contributions include enhancing employee performance through the development and execution of onboarding and training programs. Under Camilla’s leadership, Oxford won the 2023 ATD Excellence in Practice Award for Onboarding. Previous positions at Oxford include Learning and Development Programme Manager, Training Specialist, and Team Lead. Prior to joining Oxford, Camilla managed operations at St. Louis Bar & Grill and held roles in sales and media with Zevas Communications and Corks Red FM. Camilla holds a Bachelor of Business (Honors) in Marketing and Management from Munster Technological University, a Professional Diploma in Digital Learning Design from the Digital Learning Institute, and additional qualifications in Project Management and Office Administration.
