Koby Rehman is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in operations, communication, and military service. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of HolyPay since September 2023, Koby also holds the position of Director of Operations at Oxford Health Group since June 2021. Koby co-founded Kidazzler, acting as Chief Communications Officer from May 2017 to March 2021, and served in the US Army from August 2009 to May 2017, achieving the rank of Commissioned Officer in the Military Police Corps. This role included significant responsibilities such as managing a Military Police Brigade and leading combat patrols while training Afghan uniformed police. Earlier career experience includes a Management Trainee position at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where branch growth was achieved through strategic marketing. Koby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from UCLA and a Master of Arts in National Security Studies from California State University-San Bernardino.
